I am a busy mom of 3 and a Behavior Specialist in the clinical department at Upstate Cerebral Palsy. I grew up dancing and cheerleading through grade and high school and always enjoyed being active. In May of 2014, I realized that I had lost a bit of myself while raising my children and working.

I decided to try a few group classes, POUND being the first. I fell in love instantly and despite the soreness that followed, I kept going back. I became a fan of group fitness classes, having experience with Zumba, Bootcamp, Kettle Bells, P90X Live, Cize, Circuit Overload, Strong by Zumba, and Buti Yoga, and I took up running and weight training.

POUND remained my passion and in December of 2015 under Master Pro Hollie Palmieri, I became a certified POUND Pro and I began teaching classes immediately. At the same time I became a POUND Pro, I began training for the April 2016 Liberty State OCB Natural Competition, which I participated in. I continued instructing POUND and weight training after competing, but an injury in June of 2017 led to surgery and a necessary hiatus from activity.

I eased my way back into the gym and POUND and now I’m back at it and excited to spread my love of POUND to The Fitness Mill!
