MARY BETH BROWN -
I’ve always been a huge fitness fanatic. I started my love for fitness at the Mill when I was 15 years old. In June 2017, I decided to take my passion and run with it. After months of studying and preparing I took the NASM (NATIONAL ACADEMY OF SPORTS MEDICINE) certification exam and I became A NASM CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER. I then became certified in CPR/ AED/ FIRST AID. I most recently started coaching through BeachBody and am now able to provide amazing nutritional information in addition to efficient and effective at home-style workouts for my clients. I am a 2005 graduate of SUNY OSWEGO with a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations. I work full time as a sales rep for the service department at Beaton Industrial Inc, where I sell maintenance agreements on overhead lifting equipment such as large cranes. As part of this job I serve as a trainer to the overhead crane operators and host safe lifting seminars to ensure they operate the equipment safely and properly.
I LOVE working with my clients individually as well as in a small group setting so that I can guarantee to provide the attention required for my clients to gain the maximum benefits out of their workouts each time. It is my goal that each and every one of my clients feels comfortable while training, no matter their ability level. The key to success is dedication, focus and form. I am a stickler for form over reps, which means I’d much rather see a client do 5 perfect reps than 15 sloppy ones
When you train with me it’s personal training at its best. I will work with you to customize a plan that will help you reach your goals without interfering with your life. As a working, single mother of an 8 year old daughter and 5 year old son, I completely understand how difficult it can be to eat right and find a comfortable workout schedule. Between my life experience and knowledge of fitness and nutrition I can guide you on the right path to successfully obtain your health and fitness goals.
